A basic contact is someone you email using illumy, but they don’t have an illumy account. You can add some information about them, such as their name, phone number, and email address. You can also add some of their family members, such as their spouse, children, or parents.
But, you can’t add more than 10 family members to a basic contact. This is because illumy wants to make sure that your contact list is fast and easy to use. If you have too many family members for a basic contact, it can be hard to find and update their information. So illumy limits the number of family members to 10 for each basic contact. This way, you can keep your contact list organized and clear.
