Your illumy password is like a key - enabling access to your messages, calls, and files. You want to keep it safe and change it sometimes.
Here’s how to change your password in illumy.
#### change password in a web browser
1. Go to https://www.illumy.com and sign in with your email and password.
2. Click on your picture in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
4. On the left side of the screen, click “Account.”
5. Under “Account Details,” find the “Change password” link and click it.
6. You’ll need to type your current password. 8. Click the Save button.
9. You’ll see a green message that says your password was changed.
#### change password in the mobile app
1. Open the illumy app on your phone or tablet and sign in with your email and password.
2. Tap your picture in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
4. Tap “Account” to see your account settings.
5. In the Change Password section, type your current password.
6. You’ll need to type your current password.
