How to change your recovery email in illumy

To change your recovery email, click on your illumy avatar.

From the drop-down click on, “Settings.”

From the settings menu select, “Account.”

The last line in the “Account Details” section is your recovery email address.

Out to the right side, click “Change Recovery email” to change your recovery email address.

Then, enter your current illumy password.

And, enter your new recovery EMAIL twice. Then, select “Next.”

A popup message will tell you to enter the six-digit code that was sent to your new recovery email.

This will validate your change request.

Open the recovery email and enter the six-digit code you received into the ilumy interface.

Press, “Save.”

Click on the messaging icon that looks like an envelope to return to the illumy messaging area.
