How to Use Flags to Mark Important Items in Illumy

Illumy is a service that lets you email, message, call, and share files with others. You can see all your communications in one thread. This helps you keep track of everything. We call it Hyper-Communications, and we hope you like it.

Sometimes, you might want to mark a specific message, file, or interaction as important. You can use Flags to do that. Flags are like virtual sticky notes that you can put on any item. You can flag anything, whether you sent it or received it. You can also see a list of all your flagged items in one place. This makes it easy to remember what you need to do.

#### how to flag items on a web browser

To flag any item (message, shared file, voice or video call, etc.):

1. Move your mouse over the item you want to flag.

2. When it is highlighted, a small menu appears at the top right corner of the item.

3. Click the gray Flag icon in that menu.

4. A small rectangle with a red flag appears next to the item. To remove the flag, click that rectangle.

1. In the Widgets panel on the right, after you click on a thread, you will see some widget options:

- Phone >

- Files >

- Media >

- Flags >

- Help >

2. Click the Flags module to open the list. You will see all the items that you have flagged.

3. Move your mouse over an item, and then click the Go To Message icon to go to the flagged item in the main conversation thread.

4. You can also un-flag an item in this module. Just click on the red Flag icon that appears at the upper right of the item.

2. On Android or iOS, touch and hold the item until a menu with more options shows up.

3. Select “Flag” from the menu that appears at the bottom of your screen.

4. A small red flag icon appears next to the item.

5. To remove a flag:

- On iOS, swipe left and select “More.” In the menu, select “Remove Flag,” or click “Cancel” if you change your mind.

- On Android, touch and hold the flagged item. In the menu, select “Remove Flag,” or click “Cancel” if you change your mind.
