Upgrade Your illumy Password - Simple Steps for Better Security

Your illumy password is like a key to your messages, calls, and files. You want to keep it safe and change it sometimes.

Here’s how to change your password in illumy.

1. Go to https://www.illumy.com and sign in with your email and password.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click the Settings icon (that looks like a gear).
4. On the left side of the screen, click “Account.”
5. Under “Account Details,” find the “Change password” link and click it.
6. You’ll need to type your current password.
   • If you don’t remember it, click “Forgot password” and follow the steps to reset your password.
7. Type a new password in the second and third boxes. Make sure your new password is strong and hard to guess.
8. Click the Save button.
9. You’ll see a green message that says your password was changed.

change the password in the mobile app

1. Open the illumy app on your phone or tablet and sign in with your email and password.

2. Tap your picture in the top left corner of the screen.

3. Tap the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).

4. Tap “Account” to see your account settings.

5. In the Change Password section, type your current password.

   • If you don’t remember your current password, tap “Forgot password” and follow the steps to reset your password.

6. Type a new password in the “New password” box, and again in the “Confirm password” box. Make sure your new password is strong and hard to guess.

7. Tap the Save button.

8. You’ll see a gray message at the bottom of your screen that says your password was changed.
