illumy is a web-based service that lets you send and receive emails, messages, calls, and large files. You can use illumy on your web browser, mobile phone, or desktop/laptop computer. To enjoy all the features and functions of illumy, you need to make sure your device meets some minimum requirements.

Some examples of web browsers are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. illumy works best with the latest version of the Chrome browser. A mobile operating system (OS) is the software that runs on your smartphone or tablet. Some examples of mobile OS are Apple iOS and Android OS. illumy works best with the latest versions of these OS. To find out which version of your OS you are using, follow these steps:
- For **iOS**, go to Settings > General > About, and look for “Software Version” (near the top).
- For **Android OS**, go to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > Android Version.
